1.शान हैं बेटियाँ

देश की शान हैं बेटियाँ, मान-सम्मान भी हैं बेटियाँ
जन्म से पहले मत मारो, बोझ ये नहीं हैं बेटियाँ
धरती पर जब से आती, बोझ उठाती हैं बेटियाँ
बचपन से माँ के संग, हाथ बँटाती हैं बेटियाँ
पापा जब तक घर न लौटें, बाट जोहती हैं बेटियाँ
होली, दीवाली हो या ईद, शान पर्वों की हैं बेटियाँ
रक्षा-बंधन जब आ जाएँ, कलाई की रौनक हैं बेटियाँ
हर दृष्टि से देखी-परखों, सार्थक जरूरत हैं बेटियाँ
इन्हें दो स्नेह और शिक्षा, आगे बढ़ जाएंगी बेटियाँ
जीवन भर पापा-मम्मी को ध्यान है रखती बेटियाँ
रानी झाँसी, सरोजनी नायडू सी हमारा मान हैं बेटियाँ
जन्म से पहले मत मारो, देश की शान हैं बेटियाँ.

The pride of the country, daughters, daughters are honor
Do not shoot before birth, daughters are not our burden
The moment she comes on earth, she carry burden
Since childhood with the mother, daughters help mothers
Until father returns home, daughters wait on the door
Daughters are pride of all festivals- Holi, Diwali or Eid
On the festival of Raksha-bandhan, daughtes adorn your
wrist
Viewed from every angle- daughers are meaninghful necessity
Give them affection and education,daughters will move ahead
Daughters take care of her parents thoughout her life-span
Queen of Jhansi, Sarojini Naidu, daughters are our pride
Do not shoot them before the birth, they are pride of 
nation.

2. मुस्कुराती है बेटियाँ 
कुदरत से नूर लेकर आती हैं बेटियाँ

बन के सुबह का सूरज

 जग में रौशनी फैलाती है बेटियाँ

अरे बताओ न दोस्तों क्यों इतनी

इतनी प्यारी होती हैं बातियाँ

कुदरत से नूर लेकर आती हैं बेटियाँ.

धड़कन बन दिल में धड़कती है बेटियाँ

कहीं बन के दुल्हन घर बसाती हैं

कहीं अपना अंश देकर माँ कहलाती है बेटियाँ

थाम माँ,  पिता, पति का हाथ मुस्कुराती है बेटियाँ

कुदरत से नूर लेकर आती हैं बेटियाँ.

बन के उनका सहारा

खिलखिलाती है बेटियाँ

मुस्कान भरे आशा-विश्वास के साथ

छूने को आसमाँ कदम उठाती हैं बेटियाँ

कुदरत से नूर लेकर आती हैं बेटियाँ.

Become the morning sun
Daughters diffuse light in the world
Hey friends, so why not tell
There are so sweet daughters
Daughters bring the nature's light

Daughters become beating heart is accompanied by throbbing
Somewhere she as a bride makes a home
Somewhere she gives her own part and is called mother
Holding the hands of parents daughters smile
Daughters bring the nature's light

Becoming their support
Daughters take a laugh
Hope filled with smile and confidence
Daughters takes her steps upward to touch the sky

बेटी-बेटा में भेद नहीं

बेटी, मानव जाति का स्रोत है

दया, करुणा से ओत-प्रोत है

फिर भी मानव जाति में एक खोट बार-बार

सोचता है बिन बेटा सूना रहेगा घर बार

अरे मानव तू जाग ! मानव तू अब जाग !

मत लगा बेटी-बेटा में भेद-भाव की आग.

बेटा पैदा होने पर बजती है शहनाइयाँ

फूटते हैं पटाखे और बंटती है मिठाइयां

पर बेटी के पैदा होते ही उड़ती है चेहरों पर हवाइयाँ

जैसे छा गई मायूसी की परछाइयाँ

हे मानव ! किससे कहूँ मनोव्यथा

सुरसा के सामान बढ़ती जाती दहेज़ प्रथा

अरे मानव तू जाग ! मानव तू अब जाग !

मत लगा बेटी बेटा में भेद भाव की आग.

बेटी पैदा होने पर तू पत्नी पर मत उगल आग

बेटी पैदा होने पर तू क्यों रोता सिसकता है

आखित तू भी तो किसी बेटी का ही बेटा है

है खान पान पोषण में बराबर के हकदार

बेटी हों या बेटा सभी हैं देश के कर्णधार

अरे मानव तू जाग ! मानव तू अब जाग !

मत लगा बेटी बेटा में भेद भाव की आग

There is no difference between son and daughter

Daughter is the source of mankind

She is full of mercy and compsssion

However it is a flaw in mankind again

People think their house won’t be complete without son

Hey man, you wake up! Human thou awake!

Don’t set on fire of differences between son and daughter.

Clarinets are played on the birth of son

Crackers and burst, sweets are distributed

And on the very birth of daughters, faces turned pale

Shadows of despair pervades all around

O mankind! To whom I share my anguish

Like Sursa (a female demon) dowry system increases

Hey man, you wake up! Human thou awake!

Don’t set on fire of differences between son and daughter.

On the birth of daughter, don’t get angry on your wife

Why do you snivel on the birth of daughter

Just think, you are also a son of someone’s very daughter

She is entitled to equal food and nutrition

Both of daughter and son are helmsmen of the nation

Hey man, you wake up! Human thou awake!
